If you are unhappy with any item/product for any reason, simply return it to
us within 14 days once you receive the order, and we will be happy to refund
the cost of the item

Shipping charges WILL NOT  be refundable

In case of a broken/damaged item, please email our service manager at:
customerservice@fununiquegifts.com. Please, specify the order number,
item number,  product name, and nature of the damage

If our Quality Control Department wishes to see the damage item or we
require the item to receive compensation from the shipper, we  may ask you
to return it to us, and of course Fun Unique Gifts would pay for the return
shipping in that case

What happen if an item is not available?
You can verify at "Out of Stock Items"
We try to maintain an updated inventory, but sometimes we will not have the information handy. If this is the case, we will contact you right away once we
receive your order.

What happen if I don't like a product?
You can send it back, for a full refund of the item price. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please, check carefully the item/product image before
you order!

Can I change the product for another one once I purchase it?
NO. We suggest, you check carefully the item image before you order an item/product.

What happen if any product arrive broken or incomplete?
We will send you another one at our cost. But, before we send you the replacement, we need to receive the broken/damage item back first.

Please, follow these instructions:
Be sure to pack the item/product with the same packaging supplies and please, use
the same box.
Wrap the box with shipping paper to cover the old box.
Ship the item via FedEx Ground for orders in US territory.
For International orders, use the US Postal Service - Priority International Shipping.

What are the warranty terms?
We offer a 7 days warranty. All items should be returned during this period time once you receive your order. All orders are shipped with delivery
confirmation for control purposes.
