What are the shipping terms and methods?
Almost all our items/products will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class. We may also
use FedEx Ground if necessary, for the local items/products.
Do you ship International / Over Seas?
YES. We ship worldwide.
Do you offer drop shipping?
Yes. Once we receive your order, many of our items/products will be mailed directly
to you from our supplier/manufacturer warehouse.
Is Rush Shipping available?
NO. We will use rush shipping Only for the local items/products, if the
items/products are available. The buyer/customer will pay an extra fee for this
service.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Regularly, the shipping estimated time is about 5-7 business days. All depends on
your destination and location.
Do you offer C.O.D.?
NO.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories?
YES. We ship Worldwide!
How do you pack the products for shipping?
We tried to pack our products the best as possible. Sometimes, we don't have the
full control in our side, but we have to trust as much as we can, the process of the
shipping companies responsible for the shipping.

If I'm a Retailer, business owner...How can I purchase at wholesale prices?
Before we offer a wholesale price to any retailer, we need to have your credentials.
What business documents are required to purchase at wholesale?
We do wholesale business ONLY to businesses and retailers with a Resale Business
License and a Tax License Number.
Do you offer volume discounts?
YES. We offer $25.00 Gift Card for order of $150.00 or more. If you are a retailer,
we can grant a nice discount price for orders of $350.00 or more.
What is the minimum to order at wholesale?
$150.00
Do you offer "net terms"?
YES. Only for those items/products local. We DO NOT offer "net terms" for
items/products that are located in our supplier/manufacturer warehouse located
overseas. They required all orders to be pre-paid, paid in advance.
How can I get a wholesale price list?
Once you are approved as a registered retailer, you can email or fax us your order
and we will give you the wholesale prices for those items/products.
What are the payment options for wholesale customers?
We can give you "net 30" for the local items/products only. You can pay your order
by using our shopping cart with PayPal (Visa/MC/AEx/Discovery), and then we will
refund you back your retailer discount according with your order total.

You can place an order 24/7. You don't have to go shopping or travel anymore. You

What happen if an item is not available?
You can verify at "Out of Stock Items"
We try to maintain an updated inventory, but sometimes we will not have the
information handy. If this is the case, we will contact you right away once we receive
your order.
What happen if I don't like a product?
You can send it back, for a full refund of the item price. Shipping charges are not
refundable. Please, check carefully the item/product image before you order!
Can I change the product for another one once I purchase it?
NO. We suggest, you check carefully the item image before you order an
item/product.
What happen if any product arrive broken or incomplete?
We will send you another one at our cost. But, before we send you the replacement,
we need to receive the broken/damage item back first.
Please, follow these instructions:
- Be sure to pack the item/product with the same packaging supplies and
please, use the same box. - Wrap the box with shipping paper to cover the old box.
- Ship the item via FedEx Ground for orders in US territory.
- For International orders, use the US Postal Service - Priority International
Shipping.
What are the warranty terms?
We offer a 14 days warranty. All items should be returned during this period time
once you receive your order. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation for
control purposes.
